Junior Accountants

Job description: Data entry and maintain general ledger for various individual and business clients, prepare and post journal entries, prepare bank reconciliations, preparation of individual and business tax returns, including C and S corporations, LLC's, trusts, and gift tax returns, draft internal use only financial statements under SSARS. No auditing.

Qualifications: qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Systems Management, Accounting or a related degree or foreign equivalent and 1 year of experience as a full charge bookkeeper. Must be available to work overtime as required. Candidates must also possess:

• Coursework in Advanced, Cost, and Intermediate Accounting; Corporate, Individual, and Estate taxation • Coursework should include coverage of SSARS requirements • Experience with Quickbooks Experience with MS Office including Access and PowerPoint
